Less than half an hour ago, I was grafted to a dentist’s chair with his drill oscillating in my mouth. Luckily my teeth are in OK nick.
Last Thursday, the optician gave out to me for rapidly decreasing sight in my right eye. I hadn’t been to the optician in five years.
This week is the week of the new me. I have new eyes and new teeth. What should I replace next? It’s too soon to plan for a new hip. Any suggestions?
When did Marks & Spencer start making collectors edition cards? Seriously, they’ve heat sealed the things into tiny plastic bags. I didn’t realize the new way to open them was by using your teeth. Trust me, I spent 25 minutes on the train trying to do it any other way (keys, pen, old fashioned method of just using my hands). When I finally bit it open in desperation the whole carriage was just short of giving me a standing ovation.
Really M&S, it cost €2.50 – was the security invested in it really necessary?
